Place:
- We recommend you the DC room on WGC, but TTT matches could be
   played in any game site according players' agreement.

Entry Standards:

- This year quota it’s up to sixteen (16) Teams.

Duration:
- Signups period: October 1 – November 6
- Trial Round matches: November 8 – November 30
- Final Round matches: December 1 – December 14

Team Structure:
- Each Team has four (4) regular players and one (1) floater.
- All team players need to have their own e-mail address.

Team Captain:
- Captains represent their Team against TTT Directors or other
  Captains.
- Each Team Captain is responsible for sign-up his team and for notifying
  the opposite Team Captain if a floater will be used.
- Captain is responsible for making sure that all the players on his team
  have played their matches.

Floater: (attention!)
- A Floater is free to play for any Seed but can’t play more than 3
  matches for Trials and more than 2 matches in Finals.
- A Team may replace a floater through the first 3 days of Trial Round
  and the first 2 days of Final Round.
- To use a Floater, Captains may post a message to Anniversary Forum

Multiple Entries:
- Players are not allowed to play on more than one team.

Player Seeding:
- Each team must designate its regular players by letters A through D.

Trial Round
- Trial Round divided into 3 groups: Group A, Group B and Group C.
- A player of a Seed has to play once against all other players in the same
  Seed (Robbin Round) within the given time.
- Match points are 7 (seven)
- There are 2 advancing teams from each Group.
- In case of a tie, advance goes to the Team that won the matches (4/0,
  3/1) against the team that tied with..
- If still exists a tie, because a 2/2 score, the advance goes to the team
  that won the Seed A match.
- Directors will post Trial Round groups at least 1 day before
  tournament’s start.

Final Round
- All advancing teams will compete in a Final Round.
- Match points are 9 (nine)
- In case of a tie in first place, the title goes to the team that has the
  best score (4/0, 3/1) in the between matches.
- If still exists a tie, because a 2/2 score, the advance goes to the team
  that won the Seed A match.

Points (win, lose, forfeit)
- In a normal match, winner gets 2 pts and loser gets 1 pts.
- In case of a "no play" winner gets 2 pts and loser gets 0 pts.


Schedule and Completing Matches, Forfeits

- Players are responsible for scheduling and playing all matches
  within the given time.
- Players have to send email to their opponent to schedule their match.
  With the same email send a CC (Carbon copy) to Anniversary Director

- Failure to respond to scheduling message or failure to show up for a
  scheduled match may be grounds for a forfeit. 
- Waiting players should give 15 minutes leeway before considering the
  match a “No Show”.
- Captains may petition the Directors for forfeits.
- Captains have to post a request for win by forfeit on the Message
  Board:

- At the end of each round, the Director will automatically award forfeits
  and no match result is posted.

Coaching (cheating)
- It is absolutely forbidden coaching of team-mates during a match. 
- This includes lobby chat, online messages and any other devise. 
- Enforcing this rule is obviously not easy, but if an opposing team either
  a) sees chat referring to checker movement or cube strategy or
  b) sees consistent slow play or overly long cube decisions, they should
  contact the Tournament Directors or Hosts. 
- Supporting screenshots, chat dialogue, etc should be included.

Contact and etiquette

- While you playing in PAL Anniversary tournaments (TTT or Pal Open)
  have in mind that most of all it is an occasion of delight and
  consequently   all players are expected to maintain a high standard of
  ethical behaviour and sportsmanship.
